The Delta State Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (STOWASSA) has officially launched its website, marking a significant step toward improved transparency, information sharing, and public engagement.
The newly launched website, http://deltastatesmalltownswatersupply.ng, will serve as a central digital platform for the Agency, providing the public with access to information on its mandate, projects, services, policies, and ongoing efforts to improve water supply and sanitation in small towns across Delta State.

The initiative to establish the website was spearheaded by the Acting General Manager, Paul Okonkwo, which purpose, he said, “is to strengthen institutional visibility, enhance accountability, and improve communication between the Agency and its public.”
While unveiling the Website to staff at STOWASSA Conference Hall, Paul Okonkwo said that “Deliberate steps were taken to ensure that the platform meets modern standards of usability, accessibility, and functionality, while aligning with the Agency’s goals and public service mandate.
“He added that “with this development, the Delta State Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Agency joins other forward-thinking public institutions leveraging digital tools to promote efficiency, transparency, and better service delivery.
“I therefore urge members of the public, stakeholders, development partners, and community leaders to visit the website to stay informed about the Agency’s activities and initiatives”, the GM concluded.

Earlier, some staff were trained as Administrators to manage the website. Those trained are Patrick Omagbemi PRO/CO and Secretary STOWASSA Editorial Board, Isaac Oritsenenini Gumah M&E Officer1 and Eleh Clement Chibuzor M&E Consultant.
